S.C.-Based Company Hook + Gaff Debuts Limited Edition Sportfisher Black Watch at ICAST 2017
WEST COLUMBIA, S.C., June 12, 2017 — Hook + Gaff Watch Company, the South Carolina-based company that is redefining rugged luxury, will debut the first run of its Sportfisher Black watch, complete with Swiss Quartz Movement, at the ICAST event in Orlando, Fla., this July 12 through July 14. The new Sportfisher Black is currently not available for purchase; however, ICAST will be the first opportunity for media and the public to demo this newly designed timepiece.
The Sportfisher Black is the watch that all anglers have been waiting for. Created by anglers, for anglers, Hook + Gaff has designed the ultimate watch for the hardcore angler that is out on the water during all hours of the day and night. The Sportfisher Black is Hook + Gaff’s first model to utilize 24-hour illumination tritium technology that continuously illuminates the dial at all hours and hands. While other watches’ illuminating paint will grown dim or fade completely over time, Hook + Gaff’s specialty illumination will always shine bright to lead the way on offshore pursuits.
The new Sportfisher Black utilizes Hook + Gaff’s uniquely placed left-side crown to avoid wrist irritation during sporting activities. The titanium case is corrosion-and-water-resistant and PVD coated with a black finish for added durability.
This performance-driven timepiece is not only a necessity on the water, but is handsomely crafted with a black on black design for show-stopping luxury.
