I ordered a Sportfisher on a Monday afternoon and received it two days later set for the correct time (I live in the Midwest) and date. The website didn't mention the nice case and band removal tool. Also included was a hat,koozie,stickers and a personal note from the owner of the company. A great experience and a great watch. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a durable sport watch.
