MISSION MINUTE
As we head into the heart of summer and the Fourth of July draws near, we're reminded that freedom isn't just a word- it's a chance. A chance to choose how we spend our time, who we spend it with, and what we give our attention to.
Whether it's watching fireworks from a truck bed, casting a line before sunrise, or gathering with the people who feel like home, we hope you enjoy some Time Well Spent this 4th of July!

TIME FOR INSPIRATION
Because We ALL Can Be Inspired to Spend Our Time Intentionally
This week we wanted to share a few fun, meaningful and screen-free ways to celebrate the 4th of July:
- Host a Red, White and Blue Potluck- Everyone brings something patriotic and homemade
- Write a Thank you Note to a Veteran- Teach your kids the meaning of freedom by expressing gratitude.
- Go for a Sunrise Hike or Paddle- Start the day with a breath of fresh air and perspective
- Create a "Freedom Jar"- Have each person write down what freedom means to them and then read aloud around the campfire.
- Compile a Patriotic Playlist- The best way to spread American cheer is singing loud for all to hear!
TIME FOR A CHALLENGE
Because Time Well Spent Starts With One Intentional Choice
This Week's Challenge:
Watch the Fireworks with Your Eyes, Not your Phone.
This Fourth of July, we challenge you to leave your phone in your pocket when the fireworks begin. Take in the colors. Feel the boom in your chest. Watch your kids faces light up instead of your phone.
