BECAUSE HOW WE SPEND OUR TIME MATTERS

MISSION MINUTE

Life moves fast — work deadlines, endless to-do lists, and the daily routine can quickly blur into weeks and months. That’s why making intentional time with your significant other is so important. It’s not just about date nights or vacations (though those help!) — it’s about carving out space to truly connect, away from distractions, and reminding each other why you started this journey together in the first place.

Shared experiences, whether big adventures or quiet moments over morning coffee, become the threads that strengthen your bond. They’re the memories you’ll look back on years from now, the stories you’ll tell, and the foundation that keeps you strong through life’s ups and downs.

Time well spent together isn’t a luxury — it’s the heartbeat of a relationship. The best gift you can give each other is your undivided presence.

TIME FOR INSPIRATION

Because We ALL Can Be Inspired to Spend Our Time Intentionally

Chasing Cooler Days

When the summer sun turns relentless and the thermometer feels stuck in the 90s, sometimes the best way to spend your time is to seek out a change in climate . . . and perspective. Planning a trip to cooler weather isn’t just about comfort; it’s about giving yourself space to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience a different pace of life.

A few summers ago, Co- Founder and President Michael Sims and his wife Brit traded Columbia’s 100-degree heat for Portland, Maine’s refreshing 75 degrees. What followed was five days of cool breezes, breathtaking views, and unforgettable meals  . . the perfect reminder of why time well spent matters. With three kids and busy work schedules at home, this was the perfect time to re-connect.

TIME FOR A CHALLENGE

Because Time Well Spent Starts With One Intentional Choice

This Week's Challenge: Make It a “Just Us” Day

This week, set aside at least one evening (or a whole day, if you can) for uninterrupted time with your significant other or someone you love.

Rule #1: No phones, no screens, no scrolling.

Rule #2: Step out of your usual routine — try a new restaurant, take a scenic walk, cook a meal together, or plan a spontaneous mini road trip.

Rule #3: Be fully present. Ask each other questions you don’t usually make time for, laugh, and create a memory worth keeping.

The goal? To remind each other that the best investment you can make is in the people who mean the most.
