MISSION MINUTE
If you had an extra hour in your day, how would you use it?
Most of us answer quickly . . . more time with family, tackling a passion project, getting outside, or finally slowing down. But when we reflect on this question, we realize the real question isn’t what would you do… it’s how should you use the time you already have?
Every day gives us the chance to choose what matters most. An extra hour isn’t promised, but the hours we do have are powerful when we spend them with intention.
Here’s to time well spent.

TIME FOR INSPIRATION
We all know time is our most valuable resource, but how often do we stop and think about whether we’re truly spending it on what we value?
In a recent episode of The Atlantic’s How To podcast, host Arthur Brooks sits down with Harvard Business School professor Ashley Whillans to explore this very idea. They discuss the “time traps” we often fall into and share practical ways to reclaim our schedules so they reflect what really matters . . . whether that’s joy, connection, or rest.
Our favorite quote from the episode: "do a time audit. At the end of the day, ask yourself: What things did you do across the day, and how did you feel while you were engaging those activities? And then look at which activities brought you the most positive mood. You could also do this through gratitude—so there’s research on this showing that people who take time to reflect on what they’re grateful for tend to be more self-aware.
Because at the end of the day, time well spent is time aligned with what matters most.

TIME FOR A CHALLENGE
-
What did you do today?
-
How did you feel while doing those things?
-
Which moments brought you the most joy, energy, or gratitude?
-
Write them down. Notice the patterns.
The goal? To discover what activities fill your cup and to start making more space for them in your daily life.
