Good afternoon. Just received my new Hook + Gaff and could not resist providing feedback on how impressed I am with the quality, look and size.

Wore it to a medical conference in Raleigh North Carolina Thursday and Friday and if I had 10 watches, I could have sold all in <15 minutes!

Anyway, it was so kind of you to spend so much of your time (on a Friday afternoon) on the phone with me explaining the the watch, letting me bounce fishing ideas off of you and even giving me fishing guide names (which btw were SPOT ON!). I couldn’t wait to tell my husband all about it (of course after he opened his gift).

I waited to open the box you shipped the watch in, I just wrapped the box when it arrived and gave it to Patrick for his b-day....AMAZING, doesn’t begin to describe how awesome of a gift it was. Obviously the watch was gorgeous and he super excited about all the bands! Also, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for all the extra goodies! What a fun surprise and they just pushed the gift over the edge ?? Stickers, hats, all sorts of goodies...SOOOOO Cool ??

He obviously LOVED the watch and hasn’t taken it off since he put it on. He’s pretty superstitious so I’m pretty sure he’s going to wear that watch every time he fishes, he just missed a Grand Slam the first day he wore it! Caught the Permit, then Bonefish (using just a jig) and presented to a Tarpon but he didn’t go for it ??

Very impressed with this watch and the company. I called and had a couple of questions about the size, all answered and ordered on Wednesday. I received it today (Saturday). The watch is perfect and came in a nice case, with drink holder and hat that even fit right out of the box, not to mention the time on the watch was set correctly also. Again, very pleased and would recommend to anyone!

I'm loving the quality! I recently bought a few straps for my Hook + Gaff King Tide watch. The watch far exceeded my expectations and now these rubber dive watch bands are icing on the cake! Great products with excellent quality! It gets compliments constantly!

First of all, exceptional quality and top notch customer support. The new Sportfisher blue dial is my go-to for everything. From fishing in the Gulf, whitewater rafting, skydiving to just everyday work or casual activities, this watch still looks great and never misses a minute of time. I even bought a leather band for more formal activities. If you're on the fence about buying one, just do it, you'll be glad that you did!

I love it! The white dial works great for me. Very brilliant at night and during the day. I have the black dial also and the new Captain Pilar, but needless to say, I love all your watches for different occasions. When charter fishing the white dial seems to pop in the bright sun which I like, with no glare. Thanks again for a great product. --Captain Neil L.

This is a really nice watch for the person looking for style and durability. I love the green face on the Captain because the shade of green changes a little depending on lighting conditions. The green will "pop" when you're out in the sun, but when you're in low light conditions, the face is darker--almost like a British racing green. It just looks fantastic! I agree with Rosemary's review about this being an exceptional gift, because the packaging lets you know right away that there is quality through and through. Thanks for making a very handsome and accurate watch!

I purchased this watch after discovering the brand at my beach house. The online buying process was simple and easy, I was able to track my package hassle free, and the box arrived on time. It was packaged in an H+G branded box, along with a koozie, hat, stickers, and a hand-written thank you note, for free. The watch came in a secure, nice looking protective case containing all necessary instructions and a sizing tool. Sizing of the dive band took all of 10 minutes following their process and the watch fit great after doing so. After many days of owning this watch, I can say that it has an amazing build quality, it keeps time incredibly, and the waterproofing and H3 illumination work fantastic. I am completely blown away by the ease of the online purchase and the thankfulness behind the team at H+G. This is truly a great product and company. Thank you Hook and Gaff.

This is a wonderful automatic (Captain, Pilar). I also own every other style they make including the GMT watch. Everything about this one is great--the style, the color, and especially the retro stainless band. Also, from experience, their customer service is the best!

I had been looking at this watch for awhile. I'm an angler, so it seemed like the obvious choice when you use a hook and a gaff. I am very happy with it. I've worn it everywhere...fishing, forest, field, the office, etc. Very great watch!
