If you're one who frequents the Bahamas in search of bonefish, permit, and other shallow water species, the Abacos Edition of The Captain is designed for you. The islands are only a hop, skip and a jump from us in the South, and we've stood on the front of shallow water skiffs as we stalk the Marls of Abaco chasing bonefish with guides from world renowned outfitters and lodges.
The Captain is our first automatic watch to utilize our newest H3 technology to provide 24-hour illumination of the dial's hour markers and hands — meaning your adventure can start before dawn and can keep going well after the sun sets. The trigalight® glass tubes manufactured by MB-Microtec in Switzerland create luminosity that leads the way during offshore pursuits at any time of day or night. As any angler knows, comfort is key. That's why we uniquely machine the crown on the left side of the casing to avoid hand and wrist irritation for the active sportsman. This watch features a 316-L surgical stainless steel case with anti-reflective sapphire crystal and date window at 4 o'clock. The crown screws down for water-tightness tested to 200m/660ft.
