Designed specifically with the avid angler and hunter in mind, our newly updated Sportfisher is built to be the ultimate sport watch during all hours of the day and night. The Sportfisher utilizes H3 technology to provide 24-hour illumination of the dial's hour markers and hands — meaning that you can head out before dawn and don’t have to stop when the sun sets.
The trigalight® glass tubes manufactured by MB-Microtec in Switzerland create luminosity that leads the way during offshore pursuits at any time of day or night. As any outdoorsman knows, comfort is key. That’s why we intentionally designed the crown on the left side of the casing, minimizing wrist irritation when you’re reeling in reds or climbing in the deer stand. The left-side crown placement is unique — in fact, we’re the only watch out there that’s taken this step to improve wrist comfort with all of our watch models. And not only is this performance-driven watch a force that can withstand the harsh elements included in a day on the water, but this updated design offers a fresh take on the original Sportfisher.

Wonderful purchase
My fiancé has wanted one of these watches since the first day he saw one. I never get to buy him a really good present that I can surprise him with. He was like a little kid when he opened it!!! Fantastic watch
H&G was excellent to deal with, they shipped quickly and followed up several times. The watch is awesome. It is light, easy to see (with my aging eyes!) and I was drawn to the watch because of the bezel on the left. I am left handed and wear the watch on my right arm, I always wanted a watch set up like this. I questioned the band when I unpacked it. Not sure I like the closure. It ends up that is my favorite feature on the watch. I have no worries of the clasp opening when I’m throwing a cast net or casting my fly rod. It has a safety feature that is great. Overall, I’m a watch snob and this is now my go-to non-business watch. I want to get another color band to spiff it up based on…..the tides??? Sounds good. This watch is a very good value.
Second time buyer
This is the second watch I have bought from Hook and Gaff. They have both been gifts for close friends and family. Both recipients love the watch! My brother-in-law has already bought new straps to change out. I guess I'm going to have to get one for myself now!
