The trigalight® glass tubes manufactured by mb-microtec in Switzerland create luminosity that leads the way during offshore pursuits at any time of day. As any angler knows, comfort is key. That’s why we intentionally placed the crown on the left side of the dial, minimizing wrist irritation when you’re reeling in reds or shooting ducks from a blind. The left-side crown placement is unique — in fact, we’re the only watch out there that’s taken this step to improve wrist comfort. And not only is this performance-driven watch a force that can withstand the harsh elements included on a day in the water, but its black-on-black design offers a sleek, clean look.

Overall I like the watch. I bought this one specifically to have the date. However it is too small for me. I have hard time reading the date. It seems that if the window was larger it would help. The digits are so close to the edge and that it is recessed doesn’t help.

I purchased this watch after discovering the brand at my beach house. The online buying process was simple and easy, I was able to track my package hassle free, and the box arrived on time. It was packaged in a H&G branded box, along with a koozie, hat, stickers , and a hand-written thank you note, for free. The watch came in a secure, nice looking protective case containing all necessary instructions and a sizing tool. Sizing of my dive band took all of 10 minutes following their process and the watch fit great after doing so. After many days of owning this watch, I can say that it has an amazing build quality, it keeps time incredibly, and the waterproofing and H3 illumination work fantastic. I am completely blown away by the ease of the online purchase and the thankfulness behind the team at H&G. This is truly a great product and company. Thank you Hook and Gaff.

So far I really like the watch... I have fished, had it in the ocean and freshwater, played golf. Once I put a watch on I almost never take it off so I am fairly rough on a watch, hopefully it will be durable. The dive strap adjustment is a little tedious, but I do like the clasp mechanism. The hour and minute hands are a little petite for a 41mm watch. I have had several friends compliment the watch.
